Wholesale Terms

Moss Home currently sells only pillows direct to consumer and upholstery and casegoods to the trade.

Lead Time

Standard Lead-time is 6-8 weeks. Custom orders will take a minimum of 8-10 weeks.

Any production lead times and completion dates given are estimates. Rush Orders will be honored on an order-by-order basis and price will be quoted at time of request.

If an order's arrival is needed by a specific date, please notify us at the time of order submission so we can help meet the deadline to the best of our abilities.

Ordering & Payment Options

Wholesale orders:

Please email and/or fax all orders directly to your CODARUS territory representative or directly to Moss Home customer service,

Production lead time will begin upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Once processed and confirmed by our office, we will send a confirmation invoice.

It is the account's responsibility to check the order and invoice carefully. If a sketch is required, we will need a signature to move forward with production. Delay in submitting a signed sketch may result in longer production times.

Any necessary changes or modifications must be requested within three days of receiving a confirmation invoice, otherwise the order will be considered accurate and binding. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or by check. A credit card authorization form must be submitted with every order.

Your order will not be released for shipping until the final payment is received and confirmed. No modifications of payment terms will be valid without written consent from Moss Home.

All sales are final as each item is custom made to specifications.

Shipping (Wholesale)

All orders are shipped from our factory in Los Angeles, CA.

Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once an order is completed, the client has the option of arranging transit independently of Moss Home or be contacted by Trail Lines, Moss Home’s preferred freight shipper or other, such as local delivery service, etc.

Moss Home suggests use of FedEx and UPS ONLY for Ottomans, small benches, throws, bedding, and other light accessories. However, shipping costs for such items may be less expensive when consolidated with freight shipments.

Moss Home is not responsible for damages to any shipment once it leaves our factory and is in the possession of the transporter.

Pick-ups are scheduled Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm.


If an order is needed to arrive by a specific date, please notify us at the time of order submission or as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to make every effort in allowing for transit time.

Consolidating Orders: Moss Home will always make an effort to consolidate orders, however we reserve the right to hold or release orders as needed.

Prior to Shipping: All goods are thoroughly inspected for any possible damages or defects before being released to the transporter. The signature of the carrier’s agent confirms all merchandise has been shipped in good order and is adequately blanket wrapped and prepped for freight transport. All shipments remain wrapped until arrival to the customer’s location.

Transit Updates: Customers may contact the transporter directly with inquiries about lead-time and logistics of a shipment. Moss Home recommends shipping to a business or receiver, however residential / white glove delivery arrangements can be made at a premium.

Freight Damages: All goods must be inspected immediately upon arrival prior to the driver’s departure. Any claim for damages must be submitted and coordinated between the transporter and the customer. Any damages, defects, or missing items must be noted on the driver’s Proof of Delivery form and a claim filed with the transporter. Claims need to be submitted within 5 days of delivery. There will be no allowances by Moss Home for transit damage, freight overcharge, or damage while in possession of the transporter. Please keep us informed of any issues so that we may be of assistance.
